Farmer Tour Education : 21-01-2008 TO 27-01-2008
Every year a group of progressive farmers are taken on study tour to visualize the latest technology in Agriculture & Horticulture to the different Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Research stations, Innovative farmers fields.
A study tour programme for educating the selected farmers of Dharwad and Gadag districts was planned with twenty four farmers during 2007-08. As per the planned and approved programme on January, 2008 by taking farewell from the Associate Director of Extension and other staff of Extension education Unit and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, farmers moved to different Research stations & Innovative farmers fields.
