 Administrative  Block : KVK has a well developed administrative building with  405 sqft  area consisting of  Office, Class / Staff rooms, Soil and water testing Laboratory and Seminar hall.

 Farmers Hostel : KVK has well equipped farmers hostel (305 sqft) that can accommodate 120 farmers at a time.  It has four Dormitories, Kitchen, Dining hall and Recreation hall.

 KVK Instructional Farm :  KVK has  20 ha. of land, wherein farm trials and seed production of the crops grown in the district are taken up.  Many models on Alternate Land Use Systems are laid out to mitigate the frequent droughts.
